Do312
Social Media Intern & Market Experience Intern
I spent the Summer at Do312 as a Social Media Intern where I copywrote original content to deliver brand-cohesive social media posts for notable Chicago institutions (Sheed Aquarium, Chicago Bulls, and Goose Island) which was distributed to the 100,000+ followers across social media outlets. To better understand the behavior of our audience and cater content towards their needs, I utilized social media analytics to aid in expanding the business development initiatives.
In the Fall, I took the role of a Market Experience Intern. My main responsibilities were to assist the member fulfillment and development team in the growth of Do312 MORE, a membership rewards program. I assisted in the development of a custom CRM with the scope being to create a hub to send and manage rewards that would be distributed to members. By creating and applying filters to cater to rewards with the interest of pre-established consumer variables, I was able to increase engagement from members. As well, I helped to automate the email copywriting process by auto-populating variables such as their member name, date of the event, venue of the event, etc. Because of agreement contracts with partners, we were bound to a finite number of rewards we were able to distribute. To solve this, I created a predictive algorithm to estimate the appropriate number of recipients of these rewards based on several significant variables found through regression analysis. Using these variables, the equation would output an estimated number of eligible members
